Exploring new opportunities in research and impact-driven work. I'd be glad to hear from you.

Consulting

I help organisations make better decisions with rigorous evidence. My work sits at the intersection of health economics, epidemiology, and program evaluation — from clinical trials to justice and public policy.

My work has informed clinical practice and policy debates and has been covered by national media. I also serve on the editorial board of the International Journal of Drug Policy and sit on the NSW PHSREC, which helps me keep one foot in practice and one in governance.

What I do

  • Expert witness & independent expert reports
  • Program and policy evaluation (randomised, quasi-experimental, cost-benefit)
  • Methods advisory for trials and complex real-world data
  • Active PLIDA onboarding, maintain current HILDA access, and well-versed in public-use datasets
  • Data strategy, linkage, governance & ethics (including PHSREC context)
  • Workshops and capability building for research teams

How I work

Clear questions, transparent methods, practical outputs. I scope quickly, document assumptions, and deliver decision-ready briefs with reproducible code where relevant. Happy to collaborate with in-house analysts or external firms.
